At Klone Scents, we want you to find your perfect match; if you are not completely satisfied with your fragrance, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure the product is in its original packaging and has at least 90% of its original volume remaining.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your fragrance in its original box to prevent damage during transit and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
